B2B Marketeer – Digital Group Integration

The B2B Marketeer will be pivotal in executing a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our digital group, comprising a nascent design thinking agency, a mature digital marketing agency, and a development and AI agency without an existing GTM strategy. All have sustainable and human-centric growth in their DNA. This role demands strong practical execution skills, focusing on demand generation, in which the creation of structural and qualitative content and its distribution will be the biggest challenge.

Responsibilities

  • You play a key role in translating the Wildstream group's proposition and strategy (Why, How, What) into clear and consistent messaging and its distribution to target audiences. As a result, you will put the Wildstream group on the map as a brand and convey thought leadership.

  • You are responsible for creating engagement with target audiences. You tell a consistent story tailored to the target group you wish to reach, especially C-level executives. You learn to understand and penetrate the target group through interviews, research, customer cases, etc.

  • You ensure the successful distribution of your content, where you are alert to the use of the right tone-of-voice, the correct form and the adaptation of your content to the relevant media channel. You make a thoughtful and customer-oriented choice of the media channels you use.

  • You are responsible for setting up an ongoing process: you keep your engine running by integrating customer contact, content optimisation and reuse into your daily work. You are alert to any changes in these factors and then adjust where necessary.

  • You will be responsible for standardising processes and CRM usage (HubSpot) across all agencies to streamline operations and data management.

  • You focus on key performance indicators such as marketing-sourced pipeline, inbound leads, sales velocity and employer branding metrics.

  • You lead various marketing initiatives and maintain close collaboration with in-house technical and campaign marketers from the digital agency.

  • You embody and promote the company values of innovation and adaptability in all marketing strategies and actions.

Requirements

  • You think and work at Master level

  • You have at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in digital services or technology sector

  • You have practical experience with CRM systems, experience with Hubspot being a great asset

  • You have strong planning skills, both at tactical and operational level

  • You are hands-on and have the necessary pragmatism to translate a strategy into a concrete plan of action

  • You are customer-oriented and can easily empathise with your customer's world

  • You are creative and have a fluent pen to create relevant and qualitative content

  • You thrive in fast-changing environments and manage change with ease

  • You have excellent communication and project management skills

  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, both oral and written
